Contact Strong After Forty
Questions, corrections and feedback all reach the same inbox, and we read every message. Use the form below or reach the office directly.
One inbox, read by the team
Who reads your message
Strong After Forty is a small editorial team, so your message lands with the people who write and check the pages rather than in a support queue. If you are asking about nutrition, be as specific as you can about your situation — age bracket, what you have already tried, whether you take medication — so we can point you to the right page or tell you honestly that it is a question for your GP.
We do not offer individual medical advice, but we do try to be useful about where to look next. Every correction we act on makes the guides better for the next man over forty who reads them.
How to write to us
- Name the page you are writing about, or paste the line that looks wrong.
- Say what you have already read or tried, so we do not repeat it back to you.
- Mention medication or a diagnosed condition if it is relevant to the question.
- For media or partnership requests, mark the message clearly at the top.
Send Us a Message
The quickest way to reach the team
The contact form is the fastest route in. Tell us what page you are writing about, what your question is, and anything relevant about your situation — age bracket, what you have already tried, whether you are on medication. The more specific you are, the more useful our reply can be.
We aim to respond within a few working days, though it can take longer during busy periods. If your question is medical — test results, medication, a diagnosed condition — your GP or a registered dietitian is the right contact, and we will say so rather than guess.
Corrections and Content Feedback
Spotted an error? Tell us where.
If you have found a mistake, an outdated figure, or a claim that does not match current UK guidance, tell us. Include the page and the specific line if you can. Nutrition guidance does shift, and reader feedback is one of the ways we catch it.
What We Can Help With
Pointing you to the right page
Send us a question about anything on the site and we will do our best to answer it in plain terms.
- We can point you to the page that covers your question, whether that is nutrients, everyday swaps, meal planning or saturated fa.
- We can explain how a nutrient works in everyday language — what it does, which foods carry it, and why it matters after forty.
- We can clarify anything that reads unclearly on the site, and we will rewrite a paragraph if enough readers stumble on it.
What We Can't Help With
Where we step back
Some questions need a clinician, not an editor. We would rather say so directly than guess.
- We cannot diagnose a condition or interpret symptoms you describe by email.
- We cannot review blood test results or tell you what a reading means for you.
- We cannot comment on medication, supplements you have been prescribed, or dosages.
- We cannot build a personalised diet plan around your medical history.
For anything medical, your GP or a registered dietitian is the right contact. If you are unsure whether a question falls on our side of the line, send it anyway and we will tell you where to go.
Media and partnership enquiries
For media requests, interviews or editorial partnerships, use the same form and mark it clearly at the top. We are a small team, so we cannot take on every request, but we do read them. We do not accept sponsored content or paid placements, and we do not link to commercial supplement sellers — please do not ask, because the answer will not change.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Calls outside those hours go to voicemail and we call back the next working day.

Response Times
When to expect a reply
We aim to reply within three to five working days. Messages that need a specific correction review can take longer, because we check the source before we change a page.
If you have not heard back within a week, send a follow-up. We would rather get a nudge than leave you waiting.

Read the about pageCommon questions before you write
Will you tell me what to eat for my condition?
No. We can explain how a nutrient works and which everyday foods carry it, but a plan built around your medical history is a job for your GP or a registered dietitian. If that is what you need, we will point you there.
Can I ask about a supplement I am taking?
We do not review supplements or comment on dosages. What we can do is explain how the nutrient in question fits into everyday eating, and point you to the relevant page so you can raise it with a clinician who knows your history.
How long does a correction take to appear?
Simple fixes, such as a broken link or a typo, usually go up within a week. A claim that needs checking against current UK guidance takes longer, because we read the source first and rewrite the paragraph if it needs it.
Do you accept sponsored posts or paid links?
No. We do not take sponsored content or paid placements, and we do not link to commercial supplement sellers. Media and editorial partnership requests are welcome, but they go through the same editorial standards as everything else on the site.
Can I visit the Kensington office?
We do not run a walk-in service. The office is where the editorial team works, and people are not always on site. Call or email first and we will arrange a time if there is something worth discussing in person.
